An Iowa Author and Writer’s Advocate: Heckert Literary Productions

First to my Iowa neighbor—Stay Well.  Stay Strong.  Stay Safe.  From my Nebraska home, I see your counts heading up and I’m praying that you all are doing well on this Easter Sunday and through this terrible flood of illness.  Especially during this last year, I’ve found the people of Iowa to be
welcoming and accepting and my heart goes out to you as you fight this invisible illness.
Now for the post:

Connie Heckert has written many books from quite a few genres and she also offers author services.  I checked those out through the tab on her website and the services she offers are reasonable.

You can contact her for more information on that right from her website.   I’m one to like easy to navigate, few frills websites and she’s got one worth checking out.

Her bio reads:
Connie Hecker is a published author, teacher and mentor.  Her published work includes fourteen books (twelve non-fiction), for children, teens and adults.
She taught college level book and magazine courses at the Institute of Children’s Literature for more than twenty years.
She served as Iowa’s Regional Advisor Emeritus for the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators from 2000 to 2016.  www.iowa.scbwi.org
